The Fine Print:

- Room choice is based on availability at the time of booking. Additional nights can be added to your stay at a 15% discount off of our current rack rate, excluding packages.

- Our coordinator (Leah Robb of Island Wedding Memories) will assist with your permit, licensing, minister selection, leis, Hawaiian wedding certificate, transportation and your private dinner. Leah's website also has a full ala carte menu to assist in your planning. Any additions you make to your package will be charged a 15% coordinator fee and will be done directly with Leah.

- 'Use of Ho'oilo House grounds' includes use of the grounds and gazebo for your pictures (if added). To limit the inconveniece to our other guests, interior photos are allowed solely at the owners discretion--a decision will be made the day of your ceremony. Your wedding ceremony will take place at one of several beaches offering permits.

- Prior to accepting your wedding at Ho'oilo House we will confirm that Leah (or her associate) is available for your chosen date. The "Suite & Simple" package is not available through any other wedding coordinator.

Reservation Policy:

To reserve your wedding date at Ho'oilo House, 50% of package price will be due at time of booking. The remaining balance will be due when you are within 30 days of arrival.

Weddings must be booked by calling us at 808-667-6669 or emailing Amy & Dan.

Cancellation Policies:

Room: Cancellations must be made 30 days prior to arrival for a full refund of your room charges. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will result in a full or partial refund ONLY if we are able to re-book the same room for all or part of the same time period.

Wedding Package Items: Deposit (as paid at time of booking) is non-refundable. If the wedding and/or parts are canceled within 30 days of the wedding date, half of your total will be refunded. If the wedding and/or parts are canceled within 14 days of the wedding date, there will be no refund.

 

Dinner for 2 Details

The following menu options are offered by one of our favorite private chefs. After 7 years as Sous Chef at the world-renowned Mama's Fish House in Paia, Glenn now shares his culinary expertise both working at the Grand Wailea and being a private chef.* Served on your private lanai - you will not experience a more romantic meal on Maui.

The following are sample menus only. Substitutions, vegetarian, custom menus and special requests are welcome. Changes to your menu may result in a higher package price.
